Our engineering organization is in the midst of expanding the development organization to create a foundation for our future business.

Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated engineering manager who will work autonomously to promote EM organization and solve engineering organization issues, aiming to achieve both the expansion of the engineering organization and the improvement of productivity.

◆Job description
We will entrust you with a dedicated engineering manager who will contribute to improving the flow efficiency of the development organization by using all possible methods to compensate for the shortfalls in the engineering organization due to the business strategy and organizational scale of the business, which is in the midst of a rapid expansion period.
The role is to work closely with the CTO/VPoE to maximize the productivity of the engineering organization, while working in a team to solve complex and diverse organizational issues. We expect you to be a member of an organized engineering manager team and work across the board, while being entrusted with leading the functional areas you are responsible for as a manager. We use FourKeys and engagement to evaluate the organization, and observe the performance of the development organization and changes in the mental condition of the team as indicators.
Additionally, by assigning and evaluating development teams, you can work with engineers and their teams to maximize the potential of individual engineers and help the engineering organization observe changes and reconfigure capabilities to suit the situation.
