You will be responsible for consulting sales to support training and promote sales to agents who are entrusted with selling our insurance. We are committed to improving agent income by increasing the sales volume (including products of other companies) and customer satisfaction of the agents, rather than expanding the market share of our products. Therefore, you will be involved not only in sales support but also in management consulting such as human resource training and marketing.

-Sales promotion activities such as sales and underwriting of life insurance through agents
-Sales/management support for agents (planning sales strategies, product study sessions, implementing measures to respond to campaign periods, planning and executing action plans)
-Analysis of market trends and consumer needs in the assigned area, analysis of sales strategies of competitors
-New agent development work (planning and executing agent development strategies), etc.
*New development will mainly be through referrals from existing agents, and you will be required to make an effort to develop about one company per year.
■Training system:
The first year after joining the company is an initial training period, and this is an educational system that even inexperienced people can feel at ease with. In the first month after joining the company, you will attend group training, and from the second month onwards you will be assigned to a sales base. In the third month, you will start working as a sub-personnel supporting the main person in charge, and from the fifth month onwards you will start working as the main person in charge of customers, gradually increasing the number of customers.
