Job description
We are looking for a systems engineer who mainly uses Oracle products as solutions.

Our company is one of the SHIFT Group companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime, and has strengths in the introduction and development of core systems.
The company has been working on Oracle's EBS since the early days of the ERP market, and has grown to the point where it is said that "Hope's EBS is synonymous with Hope's EBS."

This position is for a division that handles Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (also known as Oracle ERP or ERP Cloud) in order to maximize Hope's strengths and expand the business.
Oracle ERP is the third largest ERP package in Japan, and is a growing business system package with an increasing number of accounts every year!

■Introducing Oracle ERP Cloud (PPM, OM, PO, INV, MFG, AP, AR, GL, FA) and Oracle EPM to a manufacturing client, with the aim of visualizing inventory at each factory globally and reducing the system operation load.
■Introducing Oracle ERP Cloud (AP, AR, GL) and Oracle EPM to a certain real estate client in the areas of accounting and management accounting. By introducing EPM, we have built a management system based on thorough departmental performance management, and have achieved the speed of management judgment.
■Maintenance of ERP introduced for the purpose of speeding up management management through thorough departmental performance management.
■Support for stable operation of EBS system for ordering materials, selecting suppliers, price determination, inspection of materials delivered by suppliers, and inventory management.
