まずは日本国内において外国籍スタッフの労務管理が業務の中心。※外国籍スタッフの仕事面、生活面でのサポート（通訳等）をしていく。
→いずれは、国籍を問わず管理スタッフ（幹部候補）として育成予定。
※まず3年間は他スタッフと共に清掃業務に従事（広島本社 勤務）
⇒その後、ベトナム現地の支社長、または東京等 国内に転勤し、責任者としてスタッフの統括業務をお願いします！！

：ベトナム人技能実習生や留学生（アルバイト）など。 現在は在日外国人アルバイトが10名程度在籍しています。
