【必須条件】
・5年以上のアプリケーション開発経験(Java, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby等)。
・財務会計、管理会計、販売/物流管理、在庫/購買管理、生産計画/管理のいずれかの業務知識(ERPプロセス・導入経験をお持ちの方。

・英語による読み書き能力がある方。もしくはスキルを向上させる強い意欲がある方。

・日本語が母語でない方は、日本語能力試験N1または同等の日本語力を有している方。

・人と話すのが好きな方。

・何かのERPか会計システム導入プロジェクトの経験　（例：SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuit, SuperStream, GRANDIT, OBIC7, GLOVIA, ProActive, COMPANYなどの導入プロジェクト）。
・クラウド間API連携等の開発経験。
・AWS, Azure, GCP等のクラウド環境でのシステム構築経験。

・業務改善コンサルティング経験。

【Prerequisite】
・ Over 5 years of application development experience (Java, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, etc.).
・ Person who has business knowledge (ERP process / introduction experience) of financial accounting, management accounting, sales / logistics management, inventory / purchasing management, production planning / management.

・ Those who have literacy ability in English. Or those who have a strong desire to improve their skills.

・ Those who are not native speakers of Japanese must have the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or equivalent Japanese proficiency.

・ Those who like to talk with people.

[Welcome conditions]

-Experience of some ERP or accounting system introduction project (example: introduction project of SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuit, SuperStream, GRANDIT, OBIC7, GLOVIA, ProActive, COMPANY, etc.).
・ Development experience such as API cooperation between clouds.
・ Experience in building systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
・ Architecture concept and design experience.
・ Experience in planning and executing development standardization and productivity improvement measures.
・ Project delivery lead experience.
・ Experience in business improvement consulting.
・ Experience in performing work in English.
