【プログラマー職】
●業務内容
300名ほどの社内エンジニアのための社内システムの 要件定義・設計・構築・運用 の全工程（将来への育成を見越した採用のため、頼れる先輩エンジニアが丁寧に指導します）
例）Pythonを使用しての勤怠システム、給与計算システムなど
社内の他部署からニーズをすくい上げていただき、効果的なシステムを立案・実装します。
※ゆくゆくは AIによる企業向けサービス開発 も検討中です。

年棒制の為、12分割で毎月給与としてお支払します（みなし残業手当を含む）
＜固定給について＞
固定残業代は時間外労働の有無に関わらず22時間分を月49,000円～上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給。

Job Description
[Programmer]
● Business content
All processes of requirement definition, design, construction, and operation of in-house system for about 300 in-house engineers (reliable senior engineer carefully guides for hiring in anticipation of future development)
Example) Attendance system using Python, payroll system, etc.
We will collect the needs from other departments in the company and plan and implement an effective system.
* Eventually, AI-based enterprise service development is under consideration.
Working hours 9:00 to 18:00 (rest time 1 hour 00 minutes)
Job Requirements
・Welcome in 20s
(Please consult if you are over 30)
・Programmer work experience 1 to 3 years or more is required
・Japanese ability N1 level
