Hybrid work (Remote + Onsite)
No transfers or relocation
Average overtime: 12 hours/month
125+ days off annually

◆ Salary & Benefits
Annual income: ¥3,500,000–¥4,800,000
Monthly salary: ¥290,000–¥400,000
Includes 20 hours fixed overtime (paid separately if exceeded)
Bonus: Twice a year (up to ¥650,000 based on performance)
Salary raises: Once a year based on performance
Child allowance: ¥5,000/month per child
Retirement plan: Available after 3 years
Full social insurance & commuting allowance
One-time reward for skill certifications (¥10,000–¥300,000)

Must-have:
Programming experience (language and years flexible)
