◆ Position Overview – Drive Strategy, Innovation, and Digital Transformation
As a consultant, you will lead projects that analyze complex business challenges, develop strategy, and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing client business issues via stakeholder interviews and industry benchmarking

Developing strategic roadmaps for business growth and digital transformation

Supporting the implementation of IT and digital solutions (e.g. cloud, AI, RPA)

Managing project delivery (scheduling, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication)

Coordinating global projects with international teams (including use of English/Chinese)

Building strong client relationships and promoting follow-up engagements

◆ Qualifications
Experience in consulting (business or IT) or internal business planning/IT at a corporation

Strong analytical and communication skills, including PowerPoint and Excel

Business-level Japanese proficiency

English or Chinese skills are a plus for global project coordination

Position Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Annual Salary: ¥8M – ¥20M
(Based on role and experience – Analyst to Partner-level positions available)

Working Hours: Discretionary work system (deemed 7.5 hours/day)

Location: Tokyo, Japan
