◆ Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will handle the following tasks:

Delivery, installation, and setup of analytical instruments

User training and explanation of machine operation

On-site inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment

※ Business trips occur 1–2 times per week, ranging from day trips to 3-night stays. Clients nationwide are shared among the team.

◆ Work-Life Balance & Flexibility
Complete 5-day work week (weekends and national holidays off)

129 annual holidays including New Year, summer, and special leaves

Average monthly overtime: 10–20 hours

Thorough onboarding with product training in Yokohama and hands-on OJT support (2–4 months)

◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 to ¥6,000,000

Monthly Pay: ¥312,500 to ¥375,000 (divided into 16 installments, including fixed allowances)

Bonus: Twice a year (February and August) — performance-based adjustments from the second year

Fixed overtime of 40 hours/month included (extra hours paid separately)
