◆Position: Career Advisor (Global Talent Division)
In this role, you will support job-seeking professionals from ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China, and Thailand. Our mission is to connect skilled foreign talent with Japanese companies facing labor shortages.

▼Key Responsibilities
Conduct career counseling sessions and interview prep with candidates

Write and revise application documents and recommendation letters

Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring companies

Support global talent development and job matching

Handle internal administrative tasks and attend team meetings

This is a socially impactful role that connects global talent with meaningful opportunities in Japan.

◆Work Environment & Culture
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Average Monthly Overtime: approx. 30 hours

No Transfers｜Office based in Ebisu Garden Place, Tokyo

Annual Salary: ¥3.3M–¥9M
