Be the Strategic Brain Behind Sales – Drive Innovation in Japan’s Key Industries
We are hiring a full-time professional to join a global fluid systems and component manufacturer that plays a vital role in industries like pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, energy, and infrastructure.
As a key part of the marketing division, you will collaborate with our sales team to analyze customer needs, develop proposal materials, and create strategic plans that enable smoother, more effective sales activities. You’ll also take charge of data analysis, market research, and identifying new business opportunities.

Analyze customer needs based on insights from sales
Create and refine proposal materials
Respond to inquiries and provide follow-up support
Conduct customer segmentation and demand analysis
Research competitors, market trends, and develop industry-specific approaches
Plan and design entry strategies into new markets

◆ Work Style & Schedule
Hours: 9:00–17:15 (7 hrs 15 mins + 1 hr lunch break)
Overtime: ~10–15 hours/month
Partial Remote Work: Up to once a week (includes ¥5,000/month stipend)
Location: Kanagawa, Japan (Relocation/transfers are considered but generally avoided)
Days Off: Full 2-day weekends (Sat & Sun) + public holidays
Annual Holidays: 124 days + Paid leave from day one

Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥6,500,000
Monthly Salary: ¥280,000 – ¥400,000
Salary Review: Once a year (March)
Bonuses: 4 times/year (June, September, December, March)
