We're now seeking a cross-functional in-house designer to lead our brand experience across both digital and offline touchpoints—including web, app UI, graphics, promotional materials, and even photoshoot direction.
This role goes far beyond design execution. You'll be involved in strategy, planning, production, and performance evaluation, working side by side with teams like marketing and product development.

You’ll get hands-on experience designing logos, naming, and visual identity (VI) for new products and services, playing a key role from the earliest concept stages.

Location: 16F, Mitsui Building, 3-3-3 Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka
Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Average Overtime: Low
Dress Code: Casual (hairstyle and attire are up to you)
Relocation/Transfer: Not required (will be avoided as much as possible)

Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥7,500,000
(12-month equal payments, includes fixed allowances and 30 hours/month overtime pay. Excess hours paid separately)
Trial Period: 3 months (no change in conditions)
