We are looking for a new sales person to join our team in the total production (sales) of spec homes from land procurement to planning and sales.
The work flow is as follows: 1. Collect information from brokers (real estate companies), 2. Set budget (set appropriate purchase price), 3. Purchase land, 4.
The brokerage company will sell the property.
If there is an inquiry, we will accompany the sales representative of the brokerage company to show you the property.
Clientele in charge: New : Existing = 7:3, visiting about 2-3 companies per day.
