You will be responsible for general construction management work related to the construction of wooden houses for sale.

After the site to be assigned is determined, the schedule, number of buildings, and number of craftsmen required will be confirmed and arrangements made.
After being assigned to a site, you will be responsible for supervising craftsmen in approximately 20 different trades at one site, depending on the size of the project.
The area to be assigned will be decided in consideration of where you live.

After the construction work starts, you will visit the site periodically.
You will be responsible for managing the progress of the construction work according to the schedule and checking
that the work is being done safely.

You will also prepare reports on the progress of the construction work.
