Job Description
We are seeking a candidate to take on a wide range of responsibilities related to international sales. As a member of our overseas sales team, you will contribute to expanding our global market share by managing local agents and distributors, leading strategic initiatives, training local sales staff, and conducting local market research.
Main Responsibilities:
Management and support of overseas agents and distributors
Sales activities in overseas markets
Marketing activities targeting international markets
Development of new clients
Training and supervision of local sales representatives
Research on customer needs and proposal of new product plans
Establishment of after-sales service systems
We are actively expanding into Greater China, North America, and ASEAN regions. You will primarily be assigned to the ASEAN region at first, with potential to handle other regions depending on your experience and skills.
※ Overseas business trips will be required about once every 1–2 months depending on your region. There is also a possibility of future overseas assignments (relocation).

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Scheduled working hours: 7 hours 50 minutes)

Overtime: Yes (approx. 10–20 hours/month, occasionally up to 30 hours)

Initial Location: Osaka Headquarters

Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥6,500,000
Monthly Salary: ¥267,100 – ¥371,000
Bonuses: Twice a year
