■ Job Overview:
You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Servicing analytical instruments used in laboratories, factories, etc.

Specific tasks: Delivery and installation, operation explanation, training, and troubleshooting

Inspection and repair of equipment in case of malfunction

■ Business Travel:
You will be required to travel to visit customers.
Frequency: 1–2 times per week
Duration: Ranges from day trips to 3-day stays
Customers are located across Japan and are divided among the team for coverage.

■ Training:
After joining the company, you will receive training focused on product knowledge at the Yokohama headquarters.
On-the-job training (OJT) will also be provided as part of the practical learning process.
Training period: Approx. 2–4 months

■ English Usage:
English will be used for communication with the German headquarters via email, chat, or online meetings for training purposes or inquiries regarding the equipment.
Note: All customer interactions will be conducted in Japanese, as customers are domestic companies.

Salary and Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000

Monthly Salary: ¥317,520 – ¥635,040 (including fixed allowances)

Details:

Includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours/month: ¥67,520 – ¥135,040

Overtime exceeding 40 hours will be paid additionally

Salary will be determined based on previous salary, experience, and preferences

Semi-annual bonus system:
Monthly salary is 1/16 of the annual income
Bonuses equal 4/16, paid in February and August
(Fixed in the first year; fluctuates by up to ±20% from the second year based on company and individual performance)
