As a systems engineer, you’ll be involved in all stages of development—requirements definition, design, development, testing, and maintenance—depending on your skills and preferences. All projects are team-based, so you’ll never be left on your own.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (8 hours + 1-hour break)

Average overtime: Around 12 hours/month

◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥6M–¥7M
Monthly Salary: ¥455,000–¥470,000
(includes fixed overtime pay for 20 hours/month. Overtime beyond that is paid additionally.)

Breakdown:

Base Salary: ¥393,000–¥400,000

Fixed Overtime: ¥62,000–¥70,000

Bonuses: Twice a year
Salary Review: Once a year
