■ Job Overview & Purpose
As a Cosmetic Planning & Sales Representative, you will manage the full process of launching new products into the market:
Concept planning and proposals
Coordination with R&D and formulation departments
Selection of packaging and design
Timeline and delivery management
You’ll work with 5–10 client companies at a time, including major cosmetics and beauty care manufacturers. This is a hands-on role where you co-create products with clients, bringing real value and innovation to the beauty market.
※ Administrative tasks are handled by office staff, so you can focus on your sales activities.
