Job Overview – Shape Your Path with Meaningful Projects
You will primarily be involved in the following Azure-related projects:
Azure Design & Implementation
Design, build, and test Azure native services such as virtual machines, Blob storage, Firewalls, and vNet.
Cloud VDI Proposal Support
Assist with proposal creation, configuration planning, and technical validation based on RFPs—especially around Azure AVD.
Other Projects
We provide tailored project assignments based on your experience and preferences, allowing you to grow at your own pace.
You will be supported by a dedicated 3-person team (sales rep, coach, manager) to guide your development.
Enjoy monthly skill-up meetings and access to up to ¥1 million per year in external training programs.
Work Location – Greater Tokyo & Remote-Friendly
Locations: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba (Client sites)
Full remote work available depending on the project
No mandatory transfers
Work Style – Flexible and Balanced
Hours: 10:00–19:00 (60-minute break)
Monthly overtime: less than 10 hours
Annual holidays: 125+ days
Weekends off, national holidays, long vacations (summer, New Year), parental leave, caregiving leave
Remote work, side jobs, and casual attire permitted
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3.5M – ¥5.0M
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥350,000
Salary Type: Monthly
Bonus: Once per year (March, performance-based)
