We are now seeking a Project Assistant for the U.S. Development Division to support this expanding business. This is a high-impact, dynamic role with future potential to become a project lead.

■ Responsibilities (SaaS engineer job, global real estate, Tokyo office)
You’ll assist project managers and gradually take ownership of projects. Tasks include:

Organizing new candidate property lists

Tracking project budget and performance (forecast vs. actual)

Preparing internal and external reports and documents

Scheduling appointments with new and existing local partners

Supporting market research related to active and new projects

Coordinating business trips and meetings with local partners

You’ll work in a compact team of three, reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director in charge of corporate strategy.

Core hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)

■ Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
Monthly Salary: From ¥400,000 (includes 40 hours of fixed overtime)

Breakdown

Base: ¥306,200–¥382,800

Fixed Overtime: ¥93,800–¥117,200

Bonuses: Twice a year
