■ Job Description
You will be involved in every stage of digital transformation projects: from issue analysis and strategy planning to implementation. We utilize the latest technologies—including low-code platforms and AI tools—to support our clients’ operational efficiency and digital growth.
Use of low-code development platforms and AI-based tools
Provide end-to-end support from strategy to implementation
Contribute to real change in traditional industries like construction
Your work directly impacts clients' operations and creates visible improvements, offering both professional fulfillment and social significance.
■ Work Style & Location
Location: Shibuya, Tokyo (Ebisu Garden Place)
No relocation or transfers
Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Average overtime: Up to 40 hours/month
Full two-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday), 120+ days off per year
Office casual attire
We are expanding toward more flexible working styles, including remote and flextime arrangements.
■ Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥10,000,000
Includes 12 monthly salaries + bonus equivalent to 2 months' pay
Monthly salary: ¥285,750 – ¥714,200
Includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours/month
Base salary: ¥218,750 – ¥546,800
Fixed overtime allowance: ¥67,000 – ¥167,400
Bonuses: Twice per year
Salary review: Once per year
Salary is determined based on experience and skill set.
