◆ Job Description
You’ll begin as a Construction Management Assistant, supporting project execution while learning the ropes through robust training and mentorship.
Key responsibilities:
Photo documentation using tablets/PCs
Daily reports and estimate creation
On-site inspections to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety
(Optional) Drawing edits using CAD, depending on the project
You'll start with our “Takeoff” onboarding program, covering everything from business manners to industry knowledge.
We also offer free CAD training and support for obtaining national qualifications, so even newcomers to the field can build skills confidently.

Occasional travel depending on project (typically 3–12 months)
◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥3.5M–¥4.5M (adjusted based on experience)
Monthly salary: Base ¥226,440 + fixed overtime ¥33,700 (20 hours)
※ Additional overtime is paid separately.

Age 25 (2nd year): ¥4.6M
Age 30 (4th year): ¥5.4M
Age 36 (7th year): ¥7.18M
