Job Description
You’ll play a central role in consulting services that combine IT, business strategy, and human-centered insights.
Develop IT strategies and optimize IT costs
Support IT procurement and PMO (Project Management Office)
Improve business processes and analyze operational workflows
Lead large-scale ERP and core system renewal projects
Example Projects:
Data infrastructure development for a major telecom company
Database server replacement for a global life insurance firm
Systems integration for a multinational pharmaceutical company
Work Style & Environment
Location: Fukuoka (initially remote or at client sites; future relocation to office possible)
Working Hours: 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)
No transfers

Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000–¥15,000,000
Annual salary-based contract (includes 40 hours of fixed overtime)

No retirement allowance, but a defined contribution pension plan is provided
