◆ Job Description
As an embedded software engineer based in Yokohama, you will be involved in end-to-end project execution from design to implementation and client negotiation.

Responsibilities:

Development of embedded platform software (PoC to commercial products)

Requirement analysis and definition based on client needs

Implementation, testing, and system evaluation

Project leadership and coordination

Sample Projects:

DX and automation solutions for construction and civil engineering

Image processing equipment for factory automation

IoT modules for rebar tying machines

Medical device development

Productivity-enhancing software packages

◆ Work Style & Location
Office Location: Yokohama, Kanagawa (Panasonic Group Yokohama Campus)
Nearest Station: JR Yokohama Line – “Kamoi Station”

Flextime system (no core hours)

Average overtime: 23 hours/month

Remote work available (depends on project)

◆ Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥6,100,000 – ¥7,600,000
Monthly Salary: ¥390,000 – ¥486,000
(Base salary: ¥326,000 – ¥406,000)

Example:
¥7M/year = Base salary ¥385,000 + 25 hours overtime + 4.4-month bonus

Salary increase: once a year

Bonus: twice a year (June and December, average 4.4 months)

Overtime pay (calculated by the minute)
