We are now hiring an experienced Embedded Linux Software Engineer to design and implement network software. You’ll work end-to-end on projects, from architecture to testing, while also mentoring junior engineers and leading project teams.

Job Description
You will develop network software using embedded Linux OS, from architecture design through to testing. You will also take on leadership roles, including mentoring other engineers.

Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Location: Takatsuki City, Osaka (near JR Settsu-Tonda and Hankyu Tonda Stations)

Car and bicycle commuting allowed (per company policy)

Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (45-minute break)

Flextime system (no core hours)

Overtime: Average 23.3 hours/month

Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥6.1M – ¥7.6M

Monthly Salary: ¥390,000 – ¥486,000

Base Salary: ¥326,000 – ¥406,000

Bonuses: Twice annually (June and December), total 4.4 months' salary

Overtime (paid per minute)
