◆ Job Description｜Be involved from the concept stage of product development
As a network software development leader using embedded Linux OS, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation, evaluation, and team training.

Responsibilities:

Requirements analysis, basic/detailed design, code review

Development, testing, and quality validation

Mentorship and training of junior embedded Linux engineers

Projects include both Panasonic and external client initiatives

Project Examples:

AI-based video recognition and smart camera development

DX systems for manufacturing, logistics, and construction

Hardware-software integrated solution design

Monthly salary: ¥496,000–¥665,000 (base salary starts at ¥415,000)
