We are currently looking for a leader to support the implementation and education of RPA systems. This is a role where you will make a real impact by streamlining operations for our clients while growing your technical and leadership skills.

◆ Job Description
As an RPA leader, you will manage end-to-end implementation and training processes for automation solutions at major client sites.

Select suitable operations for automation and conduct business analysis

Define requirements, implement, and maintain RPA solutions (UiPath, WinActor, etc.)

Design development and operation guidelines

Provide RPA training and serve as an external trainer

Manage and guide junior members

Development technologies used: JAVA, .NET, C#, VBA
RPA experience is preferred but not mandatory—we provide training and support.

◆ Work Style & Environment
Location: Akihabara, Tokyo (No transfers)

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break, 8-hour shift)

Average overtime: ~20 hours/month

Casual dress code | Full 2-day weekends (Sat & Sun)

123 holidays/year including national holidays, year-end breaks, and childcare leave

◆ Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥4.9 million–¥7 million (Monthly salary: ¥350,000–¥500,000)

Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)

Salary raise: Once a year

Overtime pay: Provided

Commuting allowance: Up to ¥50,000/month

Family allowance, company pension plan, Benefit One, relocation aid for solo residents, condolence payments, employee stock ownership plan

Qualification bonuses (lump-sum):
From ¥30,000 to ¥200,000 depending on certifications such as:
IT Strategist, PMP, AWS/Azure certifications, Applied/Basic IT Engineer, Oracle Master, CCNA, LPIC, etc.
