◆ Job Description: Embedded Development using RTOS
Software development for imaging devices (from requirement definition to implementation and testing)
Direct communication with clients and cost estimation
Development of digital still cameras, DSLR, video cameras, box cameras, and professional camcorders
Opportunity to work as a bridge engineer with an offshore team of 23 developers
Technology Focus:
RTOS, networking, codec, audio processing
Chinese-speaking candidates with Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 are welcome

◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥6,100,000 – ¥7,600,000
Monthly Salary: ¥390,000 – ¥486,000
(Base Salary: ¥326,000 – ¥406,000)
Bonus: Twice annually (June & December, approx. 4.4 months’ worth)
Overtime Pay: Paid per minute
Commuting Allowance: Covered (up to company standards)
Example: Annual ¥7M = Monthly ¥385,000 + 25h overtime + bonus

Experience with embedded development using RTOS (from planning to testing)
Project leadership experience is a plus
Fluent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 required for non-native speakers)
