◆Position: Lead Developer – AI & Image Processing
Key Responsibilities

AI and image processing development from planning to evaluation

Requirement definition, design (basic and detailed), implementation, testing, tuning

Client communication, proposal drafting, cost estimation

Project leadership and team management

Project Examples

Image processing for vehicle and industrial cameras

AI for home organization and object detection

Vegetable ripeness estimation using PyTorch and MMDet

Human/animal/object detection systems

OCR (optical character recognition) technologies

Tech Stack Examples: GPU, MMDet, PyTorch, Python, C++

Car/bicycle commuting available (as per company policy)

Note: Possible future assignments to offices in Kadoma, Moriguchi, Daito (Osaka), Sapporo, Yokohama, Kusatsu, or remote/dispatch sites depending on business needs.

◆Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥6.1M–¥7.6M

Monthly Salary: ¥390,000–¥486,000
　(Basic Salary: ¥326,000–¥406,000)

Bonus: Twice yearly (June & December, 4.4 months’ average)

Overtime Pay: Paid per-minute

Transportation: Fully reimbursed (per company policy)

Example:
Total annual compensation of ¥7M = Base ¥385,000/month + 25h overtime + 4.4-month bonus

◆Work Conditions
Work Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (45-min break)

Flextime: Available, no core time

Overtime: Average 23.3h/month

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Trial Period: 3 months (no changes in conditions)

Remote Work: Possible depending on project
