As a technology consultant, you will:

Analyze industries and businesses to identify key challenges

Formulate strategies for business transformation or new business development

Work closely with engineers, researchers, and consultants to propose and execute practical solutions

【Salary & Benefits】
Annual salary: ¥6M–¥12M (bonus included)
　*Includes fixed overtime (¥130,050–¥260,100 for 45 hrs/month); extra hours paid separately
　*Paid monthly (1/12 of annual salary)
　*Final amount based on experience and previous compensation

Bonuses: Twice a year (January & July)

Salary review: Once a year (high performers may receive biannual raises)
