Job Description
● In January 2021, we launched a new brand specializing in the technology domain and have been actively strengthening and expanding our technology business. By hiring highly skilled engineers as full-time employees, we promote business expansion in the engineering field through engineer dispatch services and IT services.
● As "One Randstad," we support clients in solving their business challenges by providing highly skilled engineer staffing services and IT solutions. We aim to continuously deliver satisfying services and increase Randstad’s wallet share within client companies.
Position Purpose
● In a market where the shortage of engineers is a major issue, companies that successfully secure talent will dominate. As we expand in the highly skilled engineering field, recruitment is essential for our sales activities. You will play a critical role in directly contributing to our business growth.
● Our department is focused on expanding business through highly skilled engineers, particularly cloud engineers and IT infrastructure engineers. You will contribute directly to revenue and help build a trustworthy, high-performing engineering team by recruiting individuals who have both technical expertise and strong communication skills.
● You will also help raise brand awareness through employer branding and form a pool of high-potential candidates.
● By proactively promoting direct sourcing and implementing appropriate sourcing channel strategies, you will continuously improve recruitment costs and contribute to EBITA.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as a recruitment partner to the business side, stay informed of business plans, understand required engineer profiles, and design and implement hiring strategies (channel strategies and candidate pool formation).
● Design and monitor KPIs for timely hiring, and make improvements as needed.
● Actively source, interview, and close candidates.
● Negotiate and build partnerships with job boards and recruitment agencies.
● Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting.
● Collaborate with the marketing and internal recruitment teams to boost Randstad Technologies’ employer branding and build a talent pipeline.
● Manage bench costs by securing projects and hiring in parallel. Build a candidate pipeline to hire in line with business timing.
● Continuously improve recruitment operations.
● Work with the recruitment team to maximize resources, manage costs, and conduct efficient PDCA cycles.

● Interview and assess candidates using technical knowledge, and effectively motivate them.
● Be accountable for recruitment strategy planning and execution as a recruiter for the business division.
● Plan and execute channel strategies for each position.
● Build effective candidate pools.

Salary
Monthly Base: ¥350,000–¥500,000
No change in salary during the 6-month probation period.
Final amount determined based on experience and skills.
Overtime pay provided separately.
Bonus paid 4 times a year (based on company performance and individual results).
Working Hours
Flexible time system: 7:00–22:00 (no core time)
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day

6 months (no change in conditions)

Requirements
Required:
5+ years of experience as an IT infrastructure engineer
Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency (effective communication with candidates and external partners)
Preferred:
