Job Description:
You will be assigned to client sites and responsible for general clerical work. You will start with basic tasks such as document creation and phone handling, gradually expanding your responsibilities.
Main Duties:
Data entry using Excel and internal systems
Supporting creation of internal and external documents (templates provided)
Assisting with order placement and processing
Supporting accounting tasks (e.g., filing, handling vouchers)
Phone and email correspondence (mostly call forwarding)
Other general office tasks, depending on proficiency level
