◆ Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Embedded Linux Engineer, you will lead software development projects while also mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities:

Architecture design, requirement analysis, basic/detailed design

Implementation, design reviews, testing, and evaluation

Training and supporting less-experienced developers

More than 90% of our projects are contract-based development. You’ll be involved from the planning stage through delivery, working on actual products sold in stores or critical infrastructure systems—allowing you to see the impact of your work.

Annual Salary: ¥7.8M–¥11M
　∟ Monthly: ¥496,000–¥665,000 (Base: ¥415,000–¥665,000)
　∟ Over ¥9M salary includes overtime as part of annual package

Bonus twice a year (June, December) – average 4.4 months’ pay

Overtime paid by the minute

Commuting allowance (up to company limits)
