■ Job Description
You will begin as an assistant to senior engineers at construction project sites.
Your initial tasks include:
Taking photos of the construction site
Organizing documents
Summarizing instructions for on-site staff
Assisting in meeting minutes and paperwork
As you gain experience, you'll gradually be entrusted with:
Planning the entire construction project
Managing on-site safety, budgets, and equipment
Coordinating with partner companies

■ Training After Joining
You’ll receive basic training (up to 17 days) at our in-house training center (optional).
Learn design basics, surveying, create blueprints, and even experience job sites through VR simulations—perfect for beginners.
■ Work Conditions
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Average overtime: 22 hours/month (paid by the minute)
Work location: Project sites across Japan (we consider your current residence)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent employee
■ Salary & Compensation
Monthly salary: From ¥205,000 + full overtime pay
Bonus: Twice a year (last year’s total: 4 months’ worth)
Annual income: ¥3.6 million to ¥6.3 million
Pay raise: Once a year (after 1 year of service)
Average monthly income (1st year): approx. ¥290,000
