*Arts majors welcome
"From a liberal arts background and no experience to an engineer who creates the future" -- an environment where you can acquire "basic skills" that will last a lifetime.
We mainly work on systems that contribute to society and support financial and public infrastructure. From business design to application development, infrastructure construction, and even the IoT field, we are working on solving our customers' problems at the forefront of IT.
Not only will you acquire IT skills, but you will also acquire problem-finding skills, logical thinking skills, and communication skills that will be useful no matter where you go.
In fact, there is a track record of a senior who joined us with a liberal arts background and no programming experience moving up to a major foreign consulting firm. It is chosen by people who are motivated to grow as a place to build a foundation.
■ Job description
- Design and development of web/business applications mainly for finance, manufacturing, and public sectors
- Design and construction of infrastructure environments using the cloud
- IT consulting and planning proposals through dialogue with customers
- Development work in cutting-edge fields such as development of in-vehicle embedded systems
■ A safe start
- After joining the company, you will receive 2-3 months of IT training. A curriculum that allows even inexperienced people to learn systematically from the basics
・Even those who are "humanities majors and new to IT" or "somehow interested" can gradually learn the technology and work flow
・After being assigned, you can grow with peace of mind with support from senior employees and a team-based development system
■The appeal of this job
・We have a system and track record that allows even those with no experience or humanities background to thrive
・Even young people can challenge upstream processes such as requirement definition and design
・Careers as consultants and project managers are also in sight, not just as engineers
・Logical thinking and problem-solving skills are trained, and there are cases of people moving to foreign consulting firms and mega ventures
・An open field where you can gain practical experience in cutting-edge fields such as IoT and AI
No matter what your background, you are welcome as long as you have a desire to grow and an honest attitude. We will fully support your "first step".
"I want to be a person who can be successful anywhere"--Why not realize that desire here?
