■Required:
Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent skill)

About the Role
You will act as a vital bridge between the operations team and our clients, supporting customer service operations across a range of industries including e-commerce sites, web services, and gaming/subscription apps.
This role requires daily use of English to communicate client needs and to manage internal teams, improving operational efficiency. It’s ideal for someone who:
Wants to leverage their language skills and customer support experience to grow professionally
Has a strong interest in games and the latest digital subscription services
Note:
Communication with clients is primarily in Japanese
Communication with internal teams is in both English and Japanese
The internal job title for this role is "Supervisor (SV)"
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients (mainly Japanese companies including startups)
Act as an assistant to the project manager
Manage quality, efficiency, and workflows of operations
Communicate and convey instructions between clients and multilingual staff (Japanese ⇄ English)
Create and improve operational workflows
Aggregate and analyze operational data; prepare reports

Work Conditions
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 working hours with 1-hour break)

Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,200,000
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥350,000
(Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime allowance: ¥45,700 – ¥63,900/month)
