◆ Your Role: Lead Our Digital Marketing Evolution
As a leader in our Marketing Strategy Division, you’ll play a key role in expanding our brand presence and recruiting power through digital strategies. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our corporate and recruitment websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically manage the entire website lifecycle (strategy, planning, design, data analysis, improvement)

Drive content marketing to increase awareness and generate high-quality leads

Develop SNS initiatives to boost recruitment efforts (both new grads and mid-career)

Manage and mentor the site operations team

Example Projects:

UI/UX improvement to enhance engagement and site performance

Digital marketing for B2B client acquisition

Recruitment-focused branding campaigns across social media

◆ Work Style: Flexibility Meets Focus
Flexible hours with no core time

Average overtime of 23.3 hours/month

Hybrid work and bike commuting available (conditions apply)

You’ll be based in Takatsuki, Osaka, with potential future transfers to other hubs (e.g., Sapporo, Yokohama, Kusatsu), though no immediate relocation is planned.

◆ Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥6.1M–¥8.5M

Monthly Salary: ¥344,000–¥486,000

Example: For ¥7M/year → Base Salary: ¥385,000 + Overtime (25 hrs) + 4.4 months’ bonus

Bonuses:

Twice annually (June and December)

Past performance: 4.4 months’ worth

Other Benefits:

Overtime paid by the minute

Full reimbursement of commuting expenses (within company rules)
