■Work Style & Benefits
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (actual work: 8 hours)

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent contract

Trial Period: 3 months (no change in conditions)

Monthly Salary: ¥240,000 – ¥600,000 (based on experience & skill level)

Annual Salary Review: Once per year (June)

Overtime Pay: Paid by the minute
