Job Description – SaaS Engineer Jobs, IT Consulting, Cloud Development
You’ll be responsible for:
IT strategy planning, system procurement, PMO operations
Business process reform, analysis, and redesign
Managing large-scale ERP renewal or system integration projects
Cloud infrastructure development, AR/IoT application design, and product ideation
You'll work with major clients across industries—finance, telecom, manufacturing, pharma, and more. What makes us unique? Our consultants engage from initial strategic planning to execution and feedback, offering a rare full-stack consulting experience.
Work Style & Culture
Full-time employment (permanent), based in Tokyo (primarily on-site at client locations)
Work hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No relocation required / Casual dress code encouraged

Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000–¥10,000,000
Paid monthly (12 installments), includes a fixed overtime allowance (¥978,048+/year for 540 hours)
Additional overtime is compensated separately
No bonus, but performance-based evaluations and incentives available
Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill level
