◆ Your Role & Mission
Join us as a Project Leader / Digital Transformation Consultant, working on high-impact AI projects for major enterprises. You will lead end-to-end initiatives—from planning and strategy to execution and reporting—using our proprietary AI, satellite, and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Propose and lead AI-based digital transformation (DX) projects using our in-house technologies

Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to manage project delivery and milestones

Support enterprise clients in transforming business models or launching new ventures

Report progress, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations to ensure client success

◆ Workstyle & Flexibility
Discretionary Work System (deemed 8 hours/day)

General office hours: 9:30–18:30

During trial period: flextime system (Core time: 10:30–16:30, flexible hours before/after)

Office directly connected to Otemachi Station / 5 minutes from Tokyo Station

No transfers; remote work options available (subject to team agreement)

◆ Compensation
Annual salary: ¥10,000,000–¥13,000,000 (based on experience and skill level)

Includes fixed overtime allowance (45 hours/month); excess paid separately

Bonuses: Twice a year (January and July)

Salary reviews: Annually in January (with a track record of semi-annual promotions for high performers)
