Salary
Annual salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥7,500,000

Final salary will be determined based on experience and skills.

The stated salary does not include overtime pay.

The above salary range is the expected amount at the time of hiring.

Salary Review: Once a year (July)

Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December)

Working Hours
Depends on the assigned project.
Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work + 1-hour break)

Probation Period
3 months (No changes in conditions)

Complete 2-day weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) + National holidays

Annual holidays: 120 days

Paid leave: 10 to 20 days annually (minimum granted after 6 months of employment)
