Job Description:
We are a specialized trading company with over 90 years of history, focusing on the import/export and domestic trade of cosmetic ingredients and food additives.
We maintain stable performance through long-standing business relationships with major cosmetic manufacturers such as Shiseido, Kao, POLA Chemical Industries, and KOSÉ.
You will be responsible for proposing cosmetic ingredients. Specifically, you will listen to client needs during the product development phase and propose raw materials that align with the desired product concept from a wide range of ingredient options.

Reason for Hiring:
We are fortunate to have many requests and referrals from existing clients, but we currently face a shortage of sales personnel. We are seeking individuals who are motivated to enhance customer value and help expand our business.
Training & Development:
You will receive thorough training, including product knowledge sessions and on-the-job learning through sales accompaniment. Guidance is provided not only by senior members of the First Sales Division but also by members of the R&D center and dedicated training advisors.

Our team includes people from diverse backgrounds such as food R&D, cosmetic science students, and chemical trading/manufacturing sales professionals.

Sales: 8 men, 4 women
Sales Admin: 10 women

Salary:
Monthly Salary: ¥300,000 – ¥420,000
(Base Salary: ¥280,000 – ¥400,000 + Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥20,000/month)
Bonus: Twice a year (3.4 months performance average)
Salary increase: Once per year
Other Benefits:

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7.5 hours/day)
Break: 60 minutes
Overtime: Approx. 8.5 hours/month (included in fixed allowance)
Trial Period:
3 months (No change in compensation during the period)

Full 5-day work week off (Sat/Sun), national holidays
