Position Summary
AI Research & Development / Data Analytics Engineer
As an AI/Data Engineer, you will be stationed at client sites and work on projects that involve AI implementation, automation, data analysis, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
Hear client requirements and analyze current systems/workflows
Design systems that integrate with existing operations
Analyze and utilize data for business improvement
Build and deploy AI models and data tools
Conduct testing and performance tuning
Work on advanced projects including facial recognition, generative AI platforms, and big data infrastructure
Assignment will be determined after assessing your skills, experience, and career goals. We welcome both entry-level and experienced engineers.

Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000–¥5,500,000
Bonus: Once a year (average 1 month salary)
Pay Example:
Entry-level (age 26): ¥3.05M/year
Junior (age 27, 1 year experience): ¥3.5M/year
Experienced (age 38, 3+ years): Up to ¥7M/year
Work Conditions
Work Hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours/day)
Work Location: Tokyo or Osaka (Remote options available depending on project)
Work Style: Onsite at client or in-house projects
Overtime: 20 hours/month fixed (overtime beyond that fully paid)
