◆Position Overview
You will join our Development Division—the core of our business. In this role, you will focus on government/public-sector IT consulting, working from early phases such as system planning, requirements definition, proposal writing, and process management.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead system planning, research, and requirement definition for government projects
Prepare RFPs and proposal documents for public tenders
Coordinate with government clients and internal project stakeholders
Manage timelines and deliverables for ¥100M–¥200M scale projects
Career changers from IT sales, development, or operations are welcome
You will be part of a small but growing team of dedicated consultants, with strong support for skill development and cross-functional collaboration.

Standard working hours: 9:00–17:30 (7.5 hours/day + 60-minute break)
Average overtime: approx. 15 hours/month

◆Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥4.5M–¥8M
Monthly salary: ¥260,000–¥430,000
(includes base salary starting from ¥240,000 plus additional allowances)
Bonuses: Twice per year (June & December; equivalent to 6 months’ salary)
Salary review: Once per year (July)
