◆ Your Role – Lead Projects from Concept to Completion
As a video producer, you’ll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering creative works across diverse formats, including animation, CG, live-action, and experiential media. You’ll go beyond traditional production roles by engaging in client pitching, budget control, creative coordination, and overall quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitching and acquiring new projects from clients (agencies, brands, production partners)
Collaborating with clients to define creative goals and project requirements
Building and managing production schedules and budgets
Selecting and directing creative staff (directors, DPs, editors, etc.)
Overseeing shoots, edits, and all phases of production
Ensuring quality control and delivering final products on time
Managing stakeholders and resolving issues as needed
We also welcome producers who bring their own client networks or creative ideas to launch new projects under our brand.

◆ Work Environment & Culture
Work hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Average overtime: less than 30 hours/month
No transfers, no relocation required
Location allowance (Tokyo: ¥50,000/month)

Annual salary: ¥5.38M–¥7.78M
Monthly salary: ¥365,000–¥565,000
+ Annual bonus (1 time/year)
+ Performance-based incentives
Salary examples: ¥5.38M = ¥365,000/month + ¥1,000,000 bonus
Allowances:
Family allowance (Spouse: ¥5,000/month; Children: ¥5,000 per child/month)
