Over 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry (manufacturer, vendor/SIer, or SES)

Sales experience in contract-based software development or software testing services

Sales or engineering experience in contract-based software development

Experience in solution-based sales with a focus on problem-solving

Sales experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry

Proactiveness in building sales processes and sharing knowledge within the organization

This position focuses on corporate sales within our QA Solutions Division, a key area in our future growth strategy. You will dive into the development and service challenges of clients developing IT services (software, applications, SaaS, etc.), collaborating with technical departments to propose a variety of solutions and drive business expansion.

You will also be involved in designing and building services tailored to client needs, allowing you to develop a broad range of IT skills.

Responsibilities:

Explore issues with existing clients and propose additional solutions

Develop and propose solutions for new clients using software testing services

Design and propose customized solutions

Improve organizational processes by sharing sales case studies and systematizing knowledge

Sales Style:

High degree of autonomy; you can strategize and propose independently

Flexibility in the ratio of new to existing clients depending on experience and preference

Clients span a wide range of industries including IT, finance, telecom, advertising, manufacturing, and entertainment

Team Structure:
1 Department Head, 1 Manager, 10 Members
(Assigned to the QACX Sales Group in the Sales Department)

Client/Solution Examples:

Proposed customer support and online monitoring solutions for an e-commerce client

Provided fraud prevention services for a digital payment company

Proposed and implemented cloud services like AWS from design to maintenance

Example of Solution Implementation:

Addressed client concerns about balancing speed and quality in development

Proposed QA outsourcing from the upstream phase and assigned personnel

Collaborated with development teams to integrate QA from the design phase

Shortened agile development cycles from 2 weeks to 1 week

Released high-quality software with fewer bugs

Working Style:

Hybrid work: Remote work available about half of the week

Working hours: 10:00–19:00 or 9:00–18:00

Business trips: 1–2 times per quarter depending on clients

Annual Salary:
6,006,000 – 7,974,000 JPY (Annual salary system)
Monthly total: 500,500 – 664,500 JPY
Includes:

Base salary: 432,860 – 574,700 JPY

Fixed overtime: 67,640 – 89,800 JPY (20 hours included; additional overtime paid separately)

Trial Period:
3 months (No change in compensation)

Holidays:

Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays

Year-end holidays (12/29–1/3)

Paid leave (10 days granted upon joining; 3 days usable during trial)

Flex holidays (2 days/year for employees as of Feb 1)

Requirements:
Must Meet One of the Following:

At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry (vendors/SIers/SES)

Experience in software contract development or QA/testing services

Proactive and self-driven personality

Preferred:

Experience in software development or as a sales engineer

Consultative sales experience

Sales experience in the BPO industry

Enthusiasm for sales system building and knowledge sharing

Education:
High school graduate or above

Hybrid work environment: about half the week remote
