Job Description:
【Responsibilities】
Installation, adjustment, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting of various equipment, machinery, and systems.

You will be responsible for maintenance as a field engineer for major manufacturers in the fields of medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and industrial machinery. This position also offers an opportunity to gain IT knowledge such as networking, which is increasingly important for future engineers.

【Working Style】
There is little to no night work involved. Since the main focus is on preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting is rare, making this a comfortable working environment.
Many of the projects are long-term to support engineers' skill development.
Your preferences will be carefully considered when assigning your first project.

Salary:
Annual salary: ¥4,000,000–¥7,200,000
(*Includes estimated overtime of 20 hours/month, projected bonuses, and various allowances.)
The final amount will be determined based on your ability, experience, and age, in accordance with company regulations.

Employment Classification:
Permanent employee under indefinite-term dispatch system
Monthly Salary: ¥192,700 or more

Bonuses:
Twice a year (June and December)
*Average annual bonus: ¥1,424,500 (2023 actual results, excluding managers)

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
Actual work hours: 8 hours

Probationary Period:

Eligibility:
Minimum Education: Graduate school, university, junior college, technical college, vocational school, or high school

Required Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in field engineering or maintenance (such as for medical devices, elevators, mechanical parking systems, machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment), equipment maintenance, servicing, or as a clinical engineering technologist.
