Must possess a valid Japanese driver's license
Must be capable of basic PC operations, including Word and Excel
Must have business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese
Must be able to drive in Japan, with one of the following:

→ A driver’s license from your home country that has been converted into an International Driving Permit, or plans to obtain one
Must have Japanese language proficiency at the N1 level, including conversational skills

Job Description:
You will work at a U.S. military base located in Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture.
Our company handles construction, maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work within the base facilities.
Your main duties will involve interpreting and translating between Japanese engineers and American inspectors.
Responsibilities:
Preparing documents in either English or Japanese, and translating between the two languages
Creating English-language reports
Ensuring safety and health management at construction sites
Note: Depending on the time of year, about half of your work will be conducted outdoors.
About the U.S. Military Base:
The base functions like a small town, with more than just military personnel.
There are restaurants (hamburgers, steaks, pizza), retail stores for daily goods and souvenirs, clinics, and even a university.

Employment Details:

Salary & Compensation:
Annual Salary: ¥2,700,000 – ¥4,050,000
Monthly Salary: ¥180,000 – ¥270,000 (Monthly Pay System)
Incentives: None
Additional Allowances:
Overtime allowance (based on labor laws)
Qualification bonus: ¥10,000/month for TOEIC 900+ or Eiken Grade 1
Commuting allowance: Up to ¥30,000/month (provided for commutes over 2km)
Celebration and condolence money: For marriage, childbirth, bereavement, child school entry, etc. (in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses and Raises:
Bonuses: Twice annually (previous year: equivalent to 3 months' salary)
