◼️ Job Description
You will join either the Advanced Technology Center or the Data Science Division, where you’ll contribute to solving diverse client issues through cutting-edge AI and data-driven solutions.

You’ll be positioned to grow into a team leader (3–6 members) role over the mid to long term.

【Key Responsibilities】
Data cleansing, structuring, and basic statistical aggregation

Analysis using statistical models and machine learning algorithms

Implementation of data workflows using Python, R, SQL, etc.

Dashboard development using BI tools

Reporting and presentations for stakeholders

【Project Examples】
Vehicle and structure detection from car-mounted camera videos (Automotive)

Travel behavior pattern analysis using geolocation data (Telecom)

Deterioration diagnostics of building exteriors (Construction)

Remote automation and equipment diagnostics (Plant engineering)

Accident cause prediction & customer engagement analysis (Insurance)

Scope of work may be adjusted by company needs.

Experience in data analysis, AI, or machine learning

Team collaboration skills

Willingness to grow into leadership/PM roles

◼️ Work Style & Location
Location: Tokyo (Advanced Technology Center, client sites, or remote)

Remote work available

Work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Average overtime: approx. 20 hours/month

Transfers: Possible, but individual preferences are respected (negotiable for experienced candidates)

◼️ Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4.5M–¥8.5M (up to ¥12.2M based on role)

Monthly Salary: ¥250,000–¥470,000
(Final offer depends on experience, skills, and company regulations.)

Sample Income Examples:

¥12.2M / Project Manager (PM) / 4th year (Monthly: ¥680,000)

¥9.5M / Project Leader (PL) / 2nd year (Monthly: ¥530,000)

¥7.2M / Project Leader / 3rd year (Monthly: ¥400,000)

¥6.3M / Team Member / 2nd year (Monthly: ¥350,000)

【Bonuses & Allowances】
Bonuses: Twice a year (+ possible special performance bonus)

Transportation: Up to ¥150,000/month

Housing: Company housing (single/family) available from ¥20,000/month (+ utility fees)

Allowances: Overtime (paid per minute), position-based allowances
