◆ Position Summary
To further strengthen our AI and data utilization projects for major manufacturing clients, we are looking to hire 10 new SaaS Engineers.

Responsibilities:

Lead proposals and data analysis for client challenges involving AI integration.

Apply digital technologies and advanced methodologies to derive value from data.

Project assignments are determined based on experience and preferences.

Project Examples:

IoT-based data aggregation and software (UI) development

Behavior change data analysis and machine learning model creation

Material degradation and durability analysis for power generation equipment

Development Approach:
Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum — varies by project.

Team Structure:
Work within units consisting of up to 20+ engineers, with opportunities to take on PL or PM roles.

◆ Compensation & Salary
Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥12,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥300,000 – ¥1,000,000 (based on skills and experience)
Salary Review: Once per year
Bonuses: Twice a year (plus potential performance bonus)

Salary Examples:

¥13,000,000 / age 52 / 12th year at the company (¥920,000/month)

¥9,300,000 / age 42 / 7th year (¥430,000/month + bonuses)

¥7,800,000 / age 34 / 4th year (¥370,000/month + bonuses)

◆ Work Location & Schedule
Location: Kyoto Prefecture (transfers possible but based on preference)

Client-site deployment; remote work options available

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Average overtime: ~20 hours/month
